This is a typical, inter-war construction of rental apartments. Two-story house with a four-slope roof. The house was built in 1930 and it belonged to Mečislovas Štareikai. The first floor of a three-room apartment in 1937-1940 accomodated famous Lithuanian painter Victor Vizgirda. The importance of painter's oeuvre was expressive Lithuania's (later US) nature, neighborhoods landscapes and portraits.
